Maintain documentation of IT assets, user support logs, and procedures.
Assist in managing user accounts, emails, and system access rights. Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and services when required.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Office management software, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Zoom, remote login software, and FTP Server.
Maintain and monitor LAN, internet, and Wi-Fi systemsConfiguration and operation of internet and data network equipment like switches, routers, Wi-Fi, firewall, etc.
Communicate with vendors regarding problem-solving and procurement.
Configuration and troubleshooting of CCTV, IP Phone, Attendance machine, etc.
Collect the requirement specification from users and provide a solution by communicating with the in-house development team.
