Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for Executive-IT Support for the Knit Composite Factory.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.
Monitor, Setup & Troubleshoot CCTV & Access Control devices.
Track & Maintain Related Product & Hardware Inventory.
Monitor & Maintain Computer systems, networks and repair/replace if needed. Coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software, and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.
Configure Company user mail in Windows as per requirements.
Coordinate with IT Team for Smooth IT operation. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
Provides first-line support to end-users for PC, server or mainframe applications, and hardware through troubleshooting.
Simulates or recreates processes to resolve operating difficulties and recommends system modifications to improve performance.
Interacts with networking services, software systems, and applications as appropriate for problem resolution.
Performs software installations on company computers and configures applications as specified.
Organizes and follows complex and/or detailed technical procedures.
Performs hardware diagnostics for company computers and maintains partnerships with manufacturers and vendors.
Create blueprints before development. Capable to integrate with third-party ERP. Such as Odoo ERP. Experience in Odoo ERP will give you extra privileges.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python & Documentation of coding as per standard so easily manageable for the team members.
Develop web applications using WordPress, Dreamweaver, Joomla. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
Implement data storage solutions using SQL. Microsoft SQL Server is preferable.
Create and maintain database schemas and tables.
Develop SQL queries and procedures to retrieve and manipulate data.
Optimize database performance by indexing and tuning queries.
Troubleshoot and debug issues with databases.
Understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Troubleshoot and debug issues with web applications.
Good command over IT support, Windows and network will be an advantage.
Must have the mentality to work as an IT beside development work.
Work independently and work as a team player both is required for this post.
Perform any such comparable duties as required by the manager.
