• Must be capable of working under pressure and in emergency situations, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities & Context

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for users.
• Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and software applications.
• Respond to IT support requests via email, phone, or in person.
• Provide end-user support by managing and resolving user-generated IT service tickets.
• Perform network troubleshooting and support for LAN, WAN, and wireless connectivity issues. (must know crimping)
• Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN) and hardware troubleshooting.
• Maintained and repaired desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Set up and support network-connected devices such as printers and scanners.
• Maintain the inventory of hardware and software.
• Oversee all technical support and troubleshooting activities related to Network printers, LaserJet printers, photocopy machines, scanners, CCTV cameras, Access Control Devices, Multimedia Projectors, etc.
• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
• Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all computer/laptop users and formulating and implementing desired solutions accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Take care of all the administration of IT devices & infrastructure.
• Collaborate with other departments to align IT services with business needs.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• To communicate with multiple ISPs for uninterrupted network connectivity & to maintain documentation work.
• Perform other IT-related duties as assigned by management.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
