SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Executive to support and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in system administration, troubleshooting, data recovery, and basic software support. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure smooth IT operations and provide timely support to employees.

JOB DUTIES

• Provide technical support for end-users, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor and manage daily operations of network infrastructure, internet connectivity, and firewalls.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of security policies and backup procedures.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely repair/replacement of equipment.
• Support software installations, updates, and license compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance.
• Document IT procedures, issue logs, and solutions.
• Support internal audits and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with IT policies.
