Responsibilities & Context

• Good fundamentals in relational databases – MS SQLInstall.
• configure, and maintain SQL Server, Data backup, and recovery processes.
• Responsible for maintaining, securing, and operating databases and also ensures that data is correctly stored and retrieved.
• Installing, configuring, and upgrading database software and tools.
• Monitoring database performance and identifying potential issues.
• Troubleshooting database errors and performance issues.
• Basic understanding of Network solutions.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT related equipment such as PC, server, laptop, printer, Close circuit camera system, router, switch, firewalls etc.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Active Directory, DNS Server and File Server on Windows Platform·
• Diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems
