Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Additional Requirements
Knowledge in IT management of Software development/ IT service provider
Shall have demonstrated experience in and a fundamental understanding of basic networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
Must have strong verbal, and written communication skills in English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and be a quick learner.
Accurate and attention to detail; self-motivated.
Responsibilities & Context
Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
Check, update, and close tickets on IT support from ticket system.
Assist IT team during conducting internal audit whether IM/IT Policy is practiced by the users.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Remuneration: BDT 10,000 (per month)
Partially Subsidized Lunch Facilities
5 working days (Weekends: Sat & Sun)
