Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 38 years

Strong understanding of hardware troubleshooting, system architecture, and enterprise-level networking.

Experience managing VPS environments, shared/dedicated hosting, and hosting control panels.

Hands-on experience with FTP/file servers, Linux/Windows servers, and CMS platforms.

Familiar with DNS, domain management, email setup (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365), and SSL certificate handling.

Proficient in data backup solutions, antivirus/firewall systems, and endpoint security practices.

Additional knowledge in basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell), server monitoring, or SEO is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and resolve urgent IT issues quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities & Context

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade all office IT equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, routers, switches, and other peripherals.
• Manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, and network security protocols.
• Configure, manage, and monitor FTP servers, file-sharing systems, and data transfer between internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and maintain the organization’s website/portal, including VPS, hosting, domain, CMS, and database administration.
• Handle setup, administration, and maintenance of online/offline servers, including Linux/Windows-based VPS environments.
• Collaborate with the Digital/Online team to implement On-Page SEO best practices, including optimizing website structure, metadata, load speed, mobile responsiveness, and structured data (schema).
• Support and coordinate Off-Page SEO strategies such as backlink integration, domain authority monitoring, and ensuring the technical readiness of the site for third-party SEO efforts.
• Ensure regular system and database backups, implement disaster recovery plans, and enforce strong data security policies.
• Administer official email systems (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365) and ensure secure communication protocols.
• Monitor, configure, and maintain cybersecurity tools including antivirus solutions, firewalls, endpoint protection, and access control.
• Provide daily technical support to editorial, marketing, administration, Online and Digital Department, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Install, support, and troubleshoot business-critical software such as ERP systems, ad management platforms, and internal tools.
• Ensure smooth operation of live streaming/multimedia systems for digital and online content delivery.
• Administer, troubleshoot and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, including installation, connectivity, secure video storage, and backup.
• Conduct periodic IT audits, maintain detailed logs, generate reports, technical documentation and advise management on technology upgrades, infrastructure optimization, security.
• Coordinate with external vendors, ISPs, software/hardware providers, and cloud/VPS hosting partners when required.
