Additional Requirements

· Proficiency in Information Technology practices and principles.

· Expertise in network administration, including setting up and maintaining network systems.

· Knowledge and hands-on experience in system administration to ensure efficient operations of IT infrastructure.

· Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context

· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

· Monitoring and maintaining CCTV systems.

· Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

· Verifying the functionality of hardware and software components.

· Repairing equipment and replacing parts, checking computer equipment for electrical safety.

· Setting up accounts for staff, educating them on logging in and resolving issues that arise.

· Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.

· Restricting access to unauthorized sites, downloads, and users.

· Coordinates IT purchases (hardware, software, and services) to ensure effective deployment of solutions aligned with user needs.

· Maintaining records of software licenses.

· Cooperating HR & other teams in maintaining ERP data.

· Any other tasks assigned by management.
