Responsibilities & Context

• Manage and execute the day-to-day operations of the information security team Identifying and mitigating information security risks
• Analysis current IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement as per the ICT Policy and guideline.
• Manage and control Network Router, File Server, Database Server, Attendance Software, Email Configuration, IP Telephone System, CCTV Camera etc.
• Develop, upgrade, maintenance and support of Insurance ERP Software and production database.
• Ensuring that company’s data is protected using the most secure technologies available. Conducting security Audits and assessments Responding to security incidents and breaches.
• Take corrective and preventive action if an employee breaks the policies or procedures. Understanding the security threats connected with various job functions is part of this.
• Assess IT hardware requirements, perform vendors assessment, on-board vendors, and work with various vendors to ensure in-time delivery of any required hardware for ongoing or upcoming projects
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and provide effective IT solutions.
• Support team members in resolving IT issues and foster effective work relationships across departments.
• Design, implement, and manage secure network infrastructures.
• Ensure the organization’s IT infrastructure is secure and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and services.
• Conduct user training for software and applications as required.
• Manage the IT budget, update the inventory of all hardware and software and maintain proper documentation.
• Developing, managing and testing back-up and disaster recovery plans.
• Vendor certification like MikroTik, Linux, CCNA, CISCO will be an added advantage.
