Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Diploma in Computer

Responsibilities & Context

• Install and configure computer systems and applications within the organization
• Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from co-workers and triage incidents as necessary
• Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of computer networks and upgrade Virus Guard
• Supporting the day-to-day operations to ensure safe and secure IT environments
• Understand business user’s problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
• Provide support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution
• Regularly evaluating Organization’s IT equipment to ensure its quality service, maintenance, repairs, and warranty as per demand
• Ensure the latest technology is used and the best possible performance, quality, SOP,  and best practices are followed
• High integrity and ethics when handling confidential information
• Work closely with IT team and perform other duties as and when required
