Responsibilities & Context
Grand Auto Services, a one stop-automobile workshop based in Chattogram is looking for an admin & IT officer who shall be responsible for:
- Proper filing & documentation.
- Data Entry and update in excel & ERP software.
- Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Documenting processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Respond to and manage all incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
- Managing inventory list, procurement and purchase invoices of parts and orders.
- Handling online customers and customer files.
