Responsibilities & Context

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, CCTV, and other IT equipment

Maintain and monitor LAN, internet, and Wi-Fi systems

Assist in email system setup, user accounts, and server-related tasks

Ensure company IT policies and standards are followed

Deliver clear and empathetic end-user communication and support

Provide Buyer’s IT support during audits or visits
