Requirements

Education
Minimum 4-year B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering [Diploma in CS may be considered for experienced candidates] with good academic records.

Additional Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field. Should have the knowledge of ERP, Google Workspace, networking, hardware troubleshooting, router management and other IT related works.

Responsibilities & Context

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and servers. Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems. Ensure security of IT systems, including data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls. Other relevant works assigned by the university authority.
