Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Consult with users to determine the needs for workflow, access, information, and security; design router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols; and create network specifications.
• Create network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation systems; keep up with necessary documentation to safeguard the network.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Diagnose, resolve hardware issues, troubleshoot network and system issues, and replace parts as needed. Work together with the software team when necessary to address software support issues related to hardware issues.
• Configure, Backup, Update Switching, Routing and Firewall.
• Provide maximum uptimes for all services that are operational and support network services via IP telephony system, file server, web server, DNS, DHCP, mail, proxy, and Linux platform.
• Provide maximum uptimes for all operational services and support network services via IP telephony system, file server, web server, DNS, DHCP, mail, proxy, and Linux platform.
• CCTV system (camera, DVR/NVR), face detector, attendance device, and access control system setup and upkeep. Utilizing IP cameras consistently to ensure continuous access for management and to mitigate any potential failures.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance logs and IT incident reports.
• The IT department is responsible for managing any equipment that operates on electricity, including bulbs, fans, voltage stabilizers etc. 
• Company user’s mail configuration in Microsoft Outlook & web mail, etc.
• Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, installing, and configuring of LAN, WAN and WiFi equipment.
• Regular monitoring of the performance of all the systems.
• Install and support LANS, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems to ensure stable IT Infrastructure and Network Communication inside all departments.
