Additional Requirements

Disassemble and reassemble computers using various types of hand tools. They help in producing test procedures for different types of products.
Also have to repair IT peripherals and equipment, such as laptop, desktop, monitor, printer, scanners etc. They would have to reinstall operating systems when hard disks break down.
Adjust computer hardware components to ensure better performance and diagnose network connectivity problems. Also involve replacing screens on computers, installing and configuring software programs, and assembling desktop and laptop computers, besides mobile devices and Macs.
They should resolve issues, such as problems with screens, network cards, and motherboards, video cards, sound cards within the promised schedule date.
Testing hardware components individually and in tandem with external computer systems.
Completing functionality and performance tests on the final product.
Creating specifications and documents for components and completed computer systems.
Any kind of immediate situation contact with user end to solving this problem over phone or physical.
Help divisional IT person for solve any plaza/ CSM hardware related issue (CPU, Printer, Scanner, All in one etc.).
Making/ maintain wastage IT product report and try to recycle wastage IT product.
