Skill and Qualification:

Work closely with the software development / implementation company and complete the installation in respective team as advised by supervisor of the company.
Conduct the training activities and provide support to software users throughout the office and troubleshoot the problems (if any) in the process.
Report enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of the company.
Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future software requirements to meet organizational needs.
Database management and administration (MS SQL).
Supporting employees whenever they encounter challenges with computers (Operating System, VPN Network, Microsoft Office and other utilities software).
Remote and Onsite support based on requirement.
Identifying and monitoring recurring requirements for all users and formulating and implementing desired solutions for them accordingly.
Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work effectively in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
Stay up to date with trends and advancement of IT industry and new technologies.
Experience in MS SQL, .Net Framework and Crystal Report.
Problem solving mentality.
Good understanding of internet and network security protocols.
Interpersonal communication skill.
Proficiency in English language.
Vendor certification will be appreciated.
