Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for three IT Support Executives for our enhanced IT support team.We are seeking highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven candidate who would like to have a challenging and meaningful career path in IT Support services. The candidate should be dedicated and sincere towards his work and should always be open to learning new things. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. This role is a permanent, full-time position. We expect the successful candidate to be a long-term contributor for BIT TO BYTE.

Applicant should meet the following technical specializations :

• To Provide technical support in Diagnose and promptly troubleshoot network, hardware-related issues, including Desktop Computers, Laptops, Tablet PCs, Network Printers, Scanners, POS PCs, Barcode Printers and etc.·
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and solving hardware or software faults.
• Assembling, Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Microsoft 365 applications implementation and troubleshooting and Configuration,
• email backup, OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams etc.
• Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN(ip-sec/GRE), VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), and troubleshooting network-related issues.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPN, Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Tunnel, VLAN, STP, Port, SSL/TLS, SSH, Telnet, IP Subnetting, OSI Layer, NAT, PAT QoS).
• Troubleshoot, and maintain different types of router & switches through monitoring tools and security tools.
• Should have clear concept on IP Phone System, IP PA System , CCTV system and should be capable to configure and deploy independently with confidence for the end customers.
• Develop and manage all updated ICT-related documents and provide basic ICT training and guidance to users.
• Research and plan for adopting new technologies and driving digital transformation initiatives.
• Strongly capable to multitask and time management skills.
• Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude).
