Job Context

• Gram Unnayan Karma (GUK) is one of the leading non-government social development organization in Bangladesh. GUK is operating in 56 districts of Bangladesh with more than 5000 employees. IT department is responsible for providing IT and computer-based solution and services to all of its concerns.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to gGalore, GUK Eye Hospital Dhaka, Winpower & Catchy.
• Configuration and trouble shooting of ERP, especially, procurement, sales, POS, Inventory, accounting, ecommerce, and HR module.
• Take back up of the important services and restore if necessary.
• Configuration and troubleshooting of CCTV, IP Phone, Attendance machine etc.
• Configuration and operation of internet and data network equipment like switches, routers, wifi, firewall etc.
• Communicate with vendors regarding problem solving and procurement.
• Collect requirement specification from users and provide solution by communicating with in-house development team and / or suppliers.
• Configure and manage websites, Facebook and LinkedIn pages of related organization.
• Track IT assets and ensure their good health.
