Responsibilities & Context
Felna Tech. is looking for a skilled Senior Support Engineer to join in the Technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of network infrastructure, CCTV, Fire Alarm, Computer Hardware and connectivity solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage high-priority customers and data center operations while also engaging in research and development of new solutions.
Responsibilities:
- CCTV/Fire Alrm/Water Filter/Networking/Access Control System Install, configure, and maintain and network connectivity.
- Monitor, report, and optimize infrastructure performance.
- Develop and troubleshoot solutions for corporate and our customers.
- Meet with customers to gather requirements and provide solutions both over the phone and in person.
- Plan and manage router, switch, and backbone capacity resources.
- Provide technical leadership to the team and handle escalations following standard procedures.
- Document technical knowledge through notes and manuals.
