Responsibilities & Context
- Technical Assistance: Provide guidance and support to users on software functionality and troubleshooting.
- Hardware Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Provide timely technical support to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
- Laptop Configuration: Prepare and test laptops with required software and security settings.
- Email Account Creation: Set up and configure Microsoft 365 email accounts with necessary permissions.
- PABX Setup: Assign and configure unique PABX extensions for new joiners.
- Fingerprint Registration: Enroll new joiners in the fingerprint attendance system.
- Software Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve software-related issues for end users in a timely manner.
- User Training: Educate end users on software applications, best practices, and efficient usage.
- User Feedback Collection: Gather user feedback on software performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Attendance Data Reporting: Compile, analyze, and deliver accurate attendance data reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Network Device IP Management: Maintain and document the IP addresses of all internal network devices, ensuring proper allocation and tracking.
