Responsibilities & Context
- Evaluating the latest trends and solutions available in the market and bringing ideas to implement them in our implementation process.
- Understanding the ITIL framework and processes that existed at the customer’s place and implementing them in solutions given by Elitbuzz.
- Product implementation and support of ManageEngine Asset Management products.
- Product implementation and support of ManageEngine Helpdesk products.
- Product implementation and support of ManageEngine UEM products.
- Understand and design KPI-based reports in ManageEngine tools and Analytics.
- Technical support for customers using products/solutions from Elitbuzz over Telephone or Remote sessions or Onsite Visit.
