Responsibilities & Context
- Provide IT support to all user, this includes the Desktops, Laptops, IPAD’s, Scanners, wireless Routers, Fax, Printers, attendance equipment,
- Que management equipment etc.
- Monitor, Maintain & ensure the mail server & related other servers are running satisfactorily.
- Keep liaison with Internet provider & monitor the speed (Bandwith). Troubleshoot any network, hardware & software issues.
- All other related IT works as & when required by the company. The candidate must have a good communication skill both spoken & written.
