Responsibilities & Context

Engineering Sales, Service & Business Operations

IVY Machinery Limited is looking for an experienced, dynamic and highly capable professional to take a senior leadership role in our organisation.

The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the overall team, managing business operations, developing sales & service activities, maintaining key customer relationships and supporting the company’s business growth.

The position is office-based in Uttara; however, the candidate must be willing to travel anywhere in Bangladesh whenever required for business, customer visits, machine installation, service, inspection or other official purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage and supervise the overall Sales & Service team
Take responsibility for team performance, productivity and target achievement
Develop and implement effective sales & business development strategies
Manage industrial machinery sales, service and after-sales activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industrial clients
Handle important customer meetings, negotiations and commercial discussions
Coordinate with customers, factories, suppliers and technical teams
Supervise machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and after-sales service activities
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence
Monitor ongoing projects, sales activities and service operations
Prepare and present regular sales, service and business performance reports to Management
Take necessary decisions and provide solutions for operational and customer-related issues
Ensure effective coordination between different departments and team members
Motivate, guide and develop team members to achieve organisational goals
Represent the company professionally in meetings, factory visits and business discussions
Support Management in business planning, strategy development and overall company growth
