Education

Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering

Experience

At least 20 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials

Additional Requirements

Extensive working experience in Japan`s construction industry is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Japanese construction standards, quality requirements, and safety practices.

Native/Fluent Japanese language proficiency preferred.

Candidates holding one or more recognized Japanese professional qualifications will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities & Context

Lead Japan Standard Construction Training and workforce development for Japan-bound skilled workers under TITP and SSW programs.

Develop training programs aligned with Japanese construction industry standards.

Advise on the establishment and operation of a Construction Training Centre.

Train and prepare candidates for technical assessments and Japanese workplace requirements.

Build and maintain relationships with Japanese construction companies and industry bodies.

Support manpower business development and employer engagement in Japan.

Advise on market trends, skill requirements, and new training opportunities.

Prepare technical reports and development plans.
