To be an exemplary teacher, clearly demonstrating effective planning, teaching and organization, and high standards of achievement and behavior in Japanese lessons.
using a range of strategies and tools to assess student learning.
using student assessment to improve teaching and learning.
To Teach with pace, clarity and ensure all children are interested and engaged in their learning
To ensure a high focus is placed on all four areas of language learning – reading, writing, speaking and listening, including the learning and use of hiragana, katakana and kanji.
To provide high quality written and verbal Knowledge
Teaching methodologies appropriate to mixed ability as well as multi-cultural backgrounds.
A desire to promote the Japanese culture and language to students
Prepare Students for NAT and JLPT Proficiency test
Embassy Preparation class and test for students

Must have N4 or above certification.
