- JLPT N1 Level of proficiency in Japanese will get preference

- Knowledge of Japanese culture and business practices
- Experience developing and delivering language training programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with language teaching software and technology

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Japanese language training programs for trainees as per NSDA/ BTEB syllabus
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to help trainees develop their Japanese language skills
- Create training materials and resources, including lesson plans, presentations, handouts, and assessments
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to trainees to help them improve their Japanese language skills
- Collaborate with other trainers and language experts to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and materials
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners to understand their needs and provide training solutions that meet their requirements
- Participate in the development of curriculum for technical education programs
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset
- Perform other duties as assigned
