Responsibilities & Context

About Us: Teachers Today is a registered business that operates as a tutor-matching service. We have a network of over 24,000 tutors. So far, we’ve matched 700+ students with qualified tutors.

Job Location: This is a remote job you can do from home.

Job Responsibilities

• Message and Comment Response (Within an hour)
• Job List Creation
• Job Board Audit: Auditing job board and removing irrelevant jobs.
• Job Promotion: Promote jobs on Facebook groups.
• Assign jobs for others to promote
• Log business data.

Work Shifts:

• There are two 7-hour work shifts. 8am to 3pm and 3pm to 10pm. However, only the 3pm to 10pm shift is available right now.

Work Volume:

• There are about 4 hours of work in each shift.

Off Days:

• Each admin is entitled to one off day per week. However, this must be coordinated with their colleague, as the admin will need to cover an 14-hour shift on the day off.

Training & Internship

• Selected candidates will first complete a 2–3-day training, followed by a 1-2-week internship.
