Job Description:

TST White House Ltd. is looking for a young entrepreneur (male or female) to lead our Boutique business, a premium fashion brand with the potential to expand nationwide. This is a full-scale business, not just a single store. The successful candidate will have the vision to oversee the business’s growth, from initial feasibility to managing a chain of high-end boutiques across the country. You will be responsible for curating unique fashion collections, managing operations, and ensuring that our boutiques become market leaders in the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for launching and scaling a boutique chain.

• Curate fashion collections by working with designers and vendors, focusing on unique and trendy offerings.

• Manage business operations, including merchandising, marketing, and staff management.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and business performance to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Drive brand recognition and growth through innovative marketing, social media engagement, and customer experience.

  Requirements:

  • Strong interest in fashion, design, and retail.

  • Experience in fashion retail, styling, or merchandising is an advantage.

  • Solid understanding of different fabric types and their applications in fashion.

  • Strong leadership and business management skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take the boutique brand from concept to a top-tier chain.
