Responsibilities & Context

Our three subsidiaries – Fly Far Ladies, Fly Far Trips, and Fly Far Tech – specialize in female tourism, family holidays, and cutting-edge travel technologies.
Working Shifts: (9 a.m. to 6 p.m./ 11 a.m. to 8 p.m./ 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.)- Roaster Based.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Help with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as recording financial transactions, verifying and reconciling entries, and maintaining general ledgers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Support the preparation of various financial reports.
- Assist in the documentation and improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.
- Aid in reconciling bank statements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits and reconciling inventory records.
- Provide timely reports to the supervisor regarding financial transactions and accounts.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date financial records.
