• Conduct research on current presentation and design trend, learning, new concepts, and tools and keeping updated.

Responsibilities & Context

• Creating architectural visualizations, in the form of photo-realistic still renderings, animations.
• Creating 3D models and assets for renderings of residential, commercial, and infrastructure interiors and exteriors.
• Collaborating with team members to create captivating imagery that conveys design vision and storytelling.
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Maintaining project and asset archives and 3D model library, project database and tracking
• Capability of understanding of architectural plan & structural design.
• Strong aesthetic sense, detail-oriented, ability to learn quickly and work efficiently as team.
