Education

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Health, or a related discipline.

Experience

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

Age At least 21 years

Qualifications:-

1–2 years of experience in business development, marketing, healthcare marketing, or client relationship management will be considered an advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills & Competencies:-

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
Basic knowledge of business development and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Summary:- The Jr. Business Development Executive will be responsible for supporting the growth and expansion initiatives of Bangladesh Psychiatric Care Ltd. by developing strategic relationships, promoting healthcare services, identifying business opportunities, and assisting in marketing and client engagement activities. The incumbent will work closely with internal teams to enhance organizational visibility and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, healthcare professionals, institutions, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:-

Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s healthcare and psychiatric service network.
Ensure marketing communication post in website, social media platforms such as Meta, Linked In, Instagram, etc.
Build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients, hospitals, clinics, doctors, educational institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
Run effective outreach community program at educational institutions.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business areas.
Promote the company’s mental healthcare services, counseling services, and healthcare programs to prospective clients and partners.
Coordinate with internal consultants to identify opportunities of promoting innovative mental healthcare program
Arrange and participate in client meetings, presentations, promotional campaigns, and corporate visits.
Assist in preparing business proposals, agreements, quotations, and partnership documentation.
Support marketing and awareness activities, including events, seminars, and campaigns related to mental health services.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client servicing and operational support.
Maintain proper records of leads, client communications, and business development activities.
Achieve assigned business development targets and prepare periodic performance reports.
