- Only Female
- 0–1 year of experience in Tele-sales, Customer Service, or Marketing (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication, English writing and customer handling skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Email, and Internet Browsing.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Sales/marketing qualification is a plus.
Responsibilities & Context
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Generate leads through follow-up calls and convert them into appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Manage online customer queries.
- Provide accurate information and ensure excellent customer service.
- Collect customer feedback through calls.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Perform other tasks assigned by management.
