Responsibilities & Context
Oversee and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for all post-production projects. Coordinate with clients to define project scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing. Develop detailed project plans, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, asset distribution. Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables. Communicate and collaborate with production and editing teams to align objectives. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Manage client relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and manage client expectations in terms of project deliverables. Resolve and escalate issues in a timely manner. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Evaluate and assess the results of the project.
