Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Junior Executive, Distribution to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the smooth execution of distribution operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods across our network.

Job/Routine Job:

• Oversee and coordinate the daily distribution of goods, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in full compliance with customer orders and schedules.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency, considering factors such as traffic, delivery locations, and vehicle capacity to minimize costs and delays.
• Ensure accurate tracking of inventory levels, maintain records of goods in transit and monitor stock levels at distribution centers to prevent shortage or overstocking.
• Track and report on the performance of distribution operations, including delivery times, accuracy and customer satisfaction, making adjustments as needed to improve efficiency.
• Manage relationships with third party vendors, suppliers and transport partners, ensuring they meet performance standards and delivery timelines.
• Address and resolve distribution related issues, such as delays, stock discrepancies or transportation challenges, providing quick solutions to maintain smooth operations.
