- Customer management and communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Akij Food & Beverage Ltd. (AFBL) is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Jr. Executives / Executives for our Corporate Sales (Modern Trade) team. This role focuses on Collect Order and Monitor Merchandiser for Modern Trade outlets across the outer Dhaka division. The position involves ensuring product availability, monitoring sales execution, and supporting merchandising activities in leading super shops.
Responsibilities:
- Regular market visits and work in assigned super shops.
- Collect daily orders from outlets and follow up on purchase orders.
- Supervise and monitor merchandisers to ensure effective execution.
- Visit at least 5-6 outlets daily.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on merchandiser activities.
- Maintain party accounts and analyze data for better sales outcomes.
- Ensure availability of AFBL, AHHL, ABEL, and AEEL products in all assigned outlets.
- Support sales push for near-expiry products.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
