Responsibilities & Context

Northern Tosrifa Group, a reputed company, manufacturing garments for world class global brands is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professional for the role of Jr. Executive/ Executive, HR.

Liaise with Operation Head and HODs to align HR services to Factory HR Execute & finalize yearly performance management and analyze the employees performance with previous years.
Work closely with various departments/units coordinating to assist line managers in understanding and implementing related policies and procedures.
Execute all kinds of staff transition-related work as per management discretion.
Perform with various analysis (competency/skills, gap analysis and TNA) of employees.
Develop and implement training programs, workshops, and materials tailored to organizational needs.
Ensure training programs comply with labor laws and industry standards.
Prepare reports on HR according to management needs.
Any other business assigned by management
