Education
- BSc. in Food Science & Technology/ Food Engineering
Experience
- 1 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Food (Packaged), Beverage, Dairy
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context
- Implement of Production plan according to SOP.
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure output targets and quality standards are meet.
- Coordinate with different departments (procurement, quality control, packaging etc.) to maintain smooth operations.
- Collection necessary materials as per requirement.
- To do work for productivity, reduce manpower cost, reduce breakdown & wastage.
- Conduct routine checks and collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure product quality.
- Track raw material usage and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Housekeeping, GMP, 5s related job.
