Responsibilities & Context
Bitopi Group is one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh running their business from 1968. Currently we are looking for Jr. Executive / Executive to work with Our corporate Planning team. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude and great communication skills with professional etiquette.
Brief JD:
- Conduct Planning Exception & Execution meetings with Factories once a week.
- Coordinating with the factory planning team, merchandising team, and commercial team.
- Preparing liability & claims reports monthly.
- Collecting subcontract production reports.
- Preparing QMRM report once every 3 months.
- Collecting all running style samples for reviewing MD Sir.
- Preparing a record of orders are cancelled by the buyer.
- Preparing exception and execution reports for the management
