Responsibilities & Context
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand clients’ needs and provide required solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s portfolio.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including developers and real estate professionals.
- Oversee the execution of Interior works from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and successful handover.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities, market trends and project progress.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions.
