Responsibilities & Context

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell home internet packages.
Provide detailed information about internet plans, offers, and services.
Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and close sales.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Other responsibilities will be assigned by the supervisor.
