- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, Fire Muck Drill, and training skills.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and audits.
- Competence in using EHS management software and MS Office & Power Point Suite

Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct regular visits, audits, and checklist updates for fire suppression equipment across various locations, including the production floor, Packing floor, Battery & Charger floor, SMT Floor, Warehouse, office room;
- This includes inspecting fire extinguishers, fire hydrant systems, Sprinkler systems, fire control panels, exit lights, and other safety-related equipment. Additionally, ensure the maintenance and updating of evacuation plans and all safety-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for fall protection, confined space protection, contractor safety, and machinery/goods lifting.
- Fire safety plan and Checklist by following NFPA / BNBC/ACCORD / Alliance guidelines.
- To Maintain inventory and responsibilities for layout plan of all Fire suppressive equipment, issue/ distribution, routine re-filling upkeep, and maintenance of Fire Extinguishers and take necessary corrective actions as recommended by in-house and third-party audits.
- Schedule Maintenance and Ensure Proper Troubleshooting of the Fire Pump (Diesel, Electrical, and Jockey), Fire hydrant, fire control panels, and fire door system.
- Draw a Work Plan, Guide and Supervise the Fire Safety Team, and conduct training for fire safety, firefighting, and other relevant teams regularly.
