Job Context: The Front Desk is responsible for greeting the visitors and guests at the front desk of the Company, answering any questions recommending activities and answering any phone calls.
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone.
- Answering or referring inquiries.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Sorting and distributing letters.
