Responsibilities & Context

  • Visit customer for complain resolving.
  • Visit customer to understand customer concern or requirement on quality.
  • Supervise Finishing QA to understand customer requirement.
  • Evaluation of daily visit/complaints report with QAM. Work to cross- functional team to settle the customer complaints.
  • Maintain records of visit/complaints to ensure quick population of visit/complaints report.
  • Records corrective & preventive action along with root cause analysis.
  • Arrange QC meeting with respective unit on daily/weekly/monthly basis and report to QAM.
  • To prepare monthly report and submit to QAM within stipulated time.
  • Any Other task assigned by management.
