Responsibilities & Context
- Make regular follow-up phone calls to customers who received quotations from our website or social media
- Update customers about pricing, delivery time, and product options
- Handle customer queries via Phone, WhatsApp, Messenger, and Email
- Prepare and send quotations when required
- Track all leads and follow-up status in Excel / Google Sheet
- Convince customers to finalize and confirm orders
- Maintain a proper sales pipeline: Hot / Warm / Cold leads
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports to management
