Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM

Experience

  • 1 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Advertising Agency, Multinational Companies, Buying House, Travel Agent, Manpower Recruitment, Chemical Industries, Tour Operator, Travel Startup, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Both Males and Females are allowed to apply.
  • Ability to assist in recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Must be fluent in English communication.
  • Advanced level proficiency in MS Office Suite, Especially in MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and labor law.
  • Strong capability to handle employee inquiries and grievances professionally.
  • Detailed-oriented approach for accurate record keeping.
  • Preferred candidates from Bashundhara, Rampura, Badda, khilkhet, Khilgaon, Mirpur, Uttara, Gulshan, Banani are higly encouraged.
  • Working time: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.- 6 days in a week

Responsibilities & Context

  • Job Context:
  • We are searching for a resourceful and compassionate executive for recruitment to fulfill our hiring needs. You should be able to streamline the recruiting process to ensure that suitable candidates are appointed within the appropriate time frames.
  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites and our social media platforms.
  • Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment.
  • Consulting with applicable team members to obtain their input on potential hires.
  • Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers.
  • To make corporate relations with different training institutes and Universities to collect desirable interns.
  • Making daily reports for management on interview schedules.
  • Meeting for recruitment plan regularly with the department.
  • Finding new sources for potential employees for different departments.
  • Conducting confidential interviews, checking credits, and following-up references.
  • To assist administration work when needed.
