Responsibilities & Context
- Provide Technical Support to users experiencing issues with hardware, software & network system.
- POS software supports
- Trouble shoot & resolve network & windows issues.
- Monitor & setup CCTV, IT cables & networking systems.
- Basic illustrator & photoshop knowledge.
- Access control device setup & proper maintaining.
- Ensure all IT systems & business data are protected by having a regular & backups and IT security guidelines are followed to make sure data can be retrieved when required.
- Perform any other tasks as per management required & decision.
