Responsibilities & Context
1. Understanding various technologies and network infrastructure.
2. Having knowledge regarding networking field with hands on experience in Routing, Switching, OLT, Onu management.
3. Strong understanding and technical expertise in IP networking technologies and protocols, including OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, MPLS, VLAN, and QoS.
4. Having good hands on experience Mikrotik Routers, Cisco & Huawei Switches.
5. Proficient in troubleshooting Layer-2 and Layer-3 networking, MPLS VPNs, and related services.
6. Ensuring required support for clients and maintaining regular contact with them to meet support needs.
7. Knowledge about client support (ISP infrastructure, Router, switch)
8. Preferred certifications: CCNA, CCNP, HCNA, HCNP.
