Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and evaluate foreign manufacturers to align with company goals and product requirements, focusing on quality, certifications, and competitive pricing.

  • Conduct market research to source reliable manufacturers with sufficient production capacity and favorable pricing.

  • Negotiate agreements covering pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effective and high-quality sourcing.

  • Facilitate communication between manufacturers and internal teams to ensure clear expectations and timelines.

  • Prepare and organize tender documents with accuracy and compliance, supporting the Tender team throughout the process.

  • Coordinate with foreign suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth tender documentation and submission.

  • Maintain an organized filing system for all tender documents for easy access and reference.

  • Assist in creating initial pricing strategies, quotations, and supporting documents under Tender team guidance.

  • Manage Letters of Credit (L/C) and organize necessary financial documents for tenders.

  • Research government and private tenders (e.g., BPDB, BCIC, Oil Refineries, WASA) to provide updates to the Tender team.

  • Draft professional email communication with clients and suppliers.

  • Actively seek new tender opportunities in government and private sectors.

  • Ensure all documents and communications meet company quality standards.

  • Meet tight deadlines and assist the Tender team under high-pressure situations.

  • Maintain strong English skills for professional written communication.· Take on additional tasks as needed to support the Tender team and management.
