Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Computer Engineering or B. Sc. in CSE (Computer Science & Engineering).

Responsibilities & Context
- Should have sound knowledge in Microsoft Windows Active Directory, DNS & DHCP Server.
- Should have Sound Knowledge maintenance LAN & WAN workstation.
- Should have sound knowledge in configuring and maintaining MikroTik, Cisco network switches.
- Provide IT supports to user end for their Desktops, Laptops, Wireless Router, Scanners, Printers, Photocopy machine and other IT assents as per company policy.
- Experience of handling & trouble shooting of PoE Camera, NVR/ DVR, Video Conferencing Equipment, Finger, Attendances & Access control Device.
- Installation & Trouble shooting Hardwar and Network related problems including windows operating System.
- Anti-Virus and other software Install and maintenance.
- Diagnosis, Troubleshoot & Assemble Computer/Laptop related problems.
