Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
  • Master of Science (MSc) in Agriculture
  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture
  • Diploma Agriculture
  • Bachelor / Masters or any equivalent degree from any public/private universities with good academic background.

Experience

    • At least 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Poultry, Agro based Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age At least 23 years

Experience Requirements

  • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture (Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in selling organic fertilizers, seeds, and pesticides)
  • Diploma Agriculture (Preference will be given to candidates with at least 2 years of experience in selling organic fertilizers, seeds, and pesticides.)
  • Bachelor / Masters or any equivalent degree from any public / private universities with good academic background. (at Least 2/3 Years Practical Experience on Seed/Crop/Pesticide/Fertilizer)

  • Energetic and polite in manner with positive personality.
  • Honest & Self-motivated.
  • Willing to travel for visiting farms and dealers.
  • Able to take effective and timely initiative.
  • Should be self-driven, proactive and target oriented.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Achieving the sales target given by the management in a particular area.
  • Building strong network in the segment with farmers
  • Frequently visit farmers.
  • Collective regular market feedback and informing management update.
  • Searching & expansion a new market.
  • Follow-up daily sales, collection & report to head Office for present situation.
  • Monthly/Yearly sales planning and forecasting..
  • Search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage.
  • Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares
  • Analysis competitor`s activities and take necessary strategies accordingly in line with company policies.
  • Engage in any other responsibility as assigned by the management.
